The debut album from artist Belle Hendrik and collaborator Barry Milan. This studio album is a moody blend of electronic, soulful beats with exhilarating vocals and instrumentation. Recorded in Australia and Japan the album also features two tracks recorded live at Australia's premier Jazz venue, the Basement, with the John Hill Band. The songs are lyrical and poignant, and the music easy to listen to and at times rocking as in the tracks "The Ballad of Sojourner Truth" and "Mary Don’t You Weep". Featured guest artists include Tina Harrod on Vocals and Jason Morphett on Tenor Saxophone. |

Nights in Dubai - Chillout Lounge Sessions by Sydney based Tokyo Love-In, is a magical collision of Eastern traditions, global beats and Western “electronic jazz” fused with the live improvisations of tabla virtuoso, Yama Sarshar. Electronic artist, Tokyo Love-In (Michael K. Chin) produces a unique, sophisticated sound influenced by his extensive travels, jamming with J-Pop bands and Bhangarra bands. Tokyo Love-In first fell in love with the sounds of the East when he heard the sitar. He studied Indian Classical Music with Ustad Sarshar, father of Yama. |
