Nights in Dubai - Chillout Lounge Sessions by Sydney based Tokyo Love-In, is a magical collision of Eastern traditions, global beats and Western “electronic jazz” fused with the live improvisations of tabla virtuoso, Yama Sarshar. Electronic artist, Tokyo Love-In (Michael K. Chin) produces a unique, sophisticated sound influenced by his extensive travels, jamming with J-Pop bands and Bhangarra bands. Tokyo Love-In first fell in love with the sounds of the East when he heard the sitar. He studied Indian Classical Music with Ustad Sarshar, father of Yama.

Rollinson, Zwartz and Stuart have each contributed to the Australian music scene over many years, notably, but not solely, in jazz. Rollinson is perhaps best known as the guitarist and a composer in DIG (Directions in Groove) and a past member of the Vince Jones band. Zwartz has graced many projects (Tina Harrod, Barney McAll, Pharoah Sanders), and is one of the most highly regarded bass players in this part of the world. Stuart has been the drummer in bands as diverse as Jackie Orszaczky, Ian Moss, The Catholics, to name just a few.

Smith and Bruer Band is a collaboration between Canadian guitarist Tony Smith and Australian saxophonist Jason Bruer. Tony Smith's funky guitar style and Jason Bruer's soulful sax, combines perfectly to produce an exciting and highly accessible sound. Smith and Bruer became established on the UK scene, and gained widespread respect within London's competitive music industry. Between them they have played and recorded with a veritable Who's Who of the music business including Roy Ayres, Eric Clapton, Jocelyn Brown, Van Morrison, BB King, Jools Holland R&B Orchestra and Ray Gaskins.

Panlove features the Steelpan also know as the Steel Drum or simply Pan. The Steelpan was born in the Caribbean Islands of Trinidad & Tobago some time in the 1940’s and is the only acoustic instrument invented in the 20th century. The music for the album was recorded "live" at JMF studio in Sydney, Australia and mixed at Soundguy Production. The songs are a mix of original compositions and well known cover songs. All of the melodies on Panlove are played with the Steelpan.
