This album was 4 years in the making from Lismore-based guitar wizard and co-founder of Crossfire, Jim Kelly. The album is a groove based affair that uses 6 drummers in all. Jim dedicates the album to Russell Dunlop and John Proud, two of the drummers who 'died far too young'. Hamish Stuart, Doug Gallagher, Scott Hills and Dave Sanders also play kit and longtime Kelly musical colleague Greg Lyon is on bass. Listen closely and you'll hear Jim's subtle mastery of tone. We'll also hear him with singer Laura Nobel and with Thirsty Merc and The Strides guitarist Matt Smith. And we'll hear the virtuosity of Mike Stern and Joseph Tawadros playing together and The Black Sorrows in a bluesy mode. It's an all-Australian show!
